I had heard a lot about the benefits of NAD via social media and was interested to explore the benefits of it but had previously been put off by having to find time to arrange an IV drip. I was particularly interested in finding out if the claims of extra energy and better sleep were true so I could avoid relying on caffeine boosts to get thru the day. I stumbled across Vaion that offered an at home quick and safe alternative that could easily slip into my daily routine without much hassle. Initially, the cost seemed prohibitive but Vaion offer a solution that’s far cheaper than IV drips and claimed to offer the same results. MY package was delivered through the post and upon opening I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. The next morning I was quite nervous on how to use the injector pen. I scanned the QR code for instructions  and it was all explained in an easy to follow format by Doctor Will. The first injection did sting a bit but it was all relatively straight forward and the pain wore off within a few minutes. The first injection is quite intimidating and setting aside a bit of undisturbed time to ensure you follow the instructions carefully will help. After the first injection I definitely felt an energy boost, similar to a large espresso, this settled down after an hour or so. I felt energized for the whole day and my productivity at work that day was certainly higher than normal. That night I was concerned that I may not be able to sleep due to the energy burst, but this was short lived and I had one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while. I usually wake a few times in the night but I slept right through undisturbed, waking up super fresh the next day. I am now a week into using NAD and have nothing but positives to say about it. Using the injector pen gets easier with every use and now takes only a couple of minutes from start to finish. I also noticed that my hangovers are less intense than they used to be. Its not a hangover cure but it certainly helps! This is not a cheap product but my experiences so far have helped me to justify the cost and I am looking forward to continuing my NAD journey with Vaion.
